His background in acquisitions and mergers and ability to bridge the gap between business and IT are instrumental to the growth of the company.
Sal has achieved awards and recognition for the development and writing of key performance reports, staff development & retention, profitability, same store revenue increased over prior year, and is known as a technology advancement leader in the rental industry. He is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in RTO system technology and operational effectiveness, and also serves as a Change Agent, designing and implementing technical/process solutions that reduce TCO and deliver stronger ROI.
Sal’s extensive acquisition and due diligence background will assist HARDCAR with growing its footprint across the United States, establishing a franchise model and eventually leading to expansion into international markets. Within his first 30 days as COO he led HARDCAR to its first acquisition, expanding the company’s footprint from three (3) states to ten (10) states with more on the way.
